工作职责：
1、负责对公司场外衍生品的估值核算和定价工作；
2、负责场外衍生品估值模型的日常维护和估值工作；对估值流程进行监控和结果校验；对估值模型提出改进性建议；
3、负责编制场外衍生品的相关报表；
4、负责公司的衍生品相关估值系统的建设和测试工作；
5、负责操作手册、业务流程等制定与修订工作；
6、跟踪监管机构、行业协会等发布的相关法规和业务规则，协助完善公司衍生品估值管理体系；
7、完成部门领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1、全日制硕士研究生及以上学历，金融工程、数理统计、经济、金融、物理、计算机等相关专业毕业；
2、至少两年以上相关工作经验；
3、熟悉期权、收益互换等场外衍生品相关知识；熟练运用Matlab软件、Python等编程语言；擅长金融建模；有场外衍生品相关交易、估值经验者优先；
4、具有高度的责任心和团队协作能力，良好的沟通能力、逻辑分析能力、创新能力。能够接受弹性工作制，有较强的抗压能力。
